Drexel Town Center
What was once an industrial site for Delco Electronics is today an 85-acre facility that includes shopping, municipal buildings, medical center, library, hotel and apartments.
The location includes a Meijer store and fuel center, Marriott Townplace Suites, City Hall, Oak Creek Library and Froedtert Drexel Town Square Health Center including an urgent care center.
Dinning options include everything from fast food to fine dining, including Chik fil A, Panda Express, Five Guys Burgers, Pizza Man, Belair Cantina, Cubanitas and Water Street Brewery. Save room for dessert at the Chocolate Factory or Gigi’s Cupcakes. For lighter fair or just coffee, there’s Valentine Coffee Roasters.
Developing the site meant demolition of the one million square foot Delco industrial building, the removal of underground storage tanks and plenty of environmental remediation.
